| Actively involved in tourism development since 1998, ATP has contributed volunteer time in emerging economies, providing consulting and training services to individuals and groups. In the practical world, the group approach has proven to be the most productive. A request for assistance may be generated via a local tourist association which often consist of tourism providers with complementary skills and services. Multiple assignments in the Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Zambia over the years have contributed to the development of an effective program approach consisting of seminars and workshops, research, resource assessment, marketing and program development.

| The use of adventure travel as a theme for sponsored events and promotions evolved, and
was actually set in motion by a contract with Eurotrading B.V., a Dutch promotions company
for Rothmans International. The 1993 and 1994 Peter Stuyvesant Travel Odysseys are typical examples of such promotions. Both Odysseys were created and
funded by Rothmans travel division, Peter Stuyvesant Travel. The concept for this
type of promotion was developed as a vehicle to maintain brand recognition in an
increasingly more restrictive advertising environment. The adventure travel theme was a
natural fit. ATP was retained for both trips as consulting tour manager, logistics
planner and coordinator.

| The success of these two projects demonstrates
that there is an interest in sponsored events in which
adventure travel and unusual destinations feature as the main theme. The filmed event
offers the sponsor not only the option of producing a video series, but also provides a
substantial number of clips that can be used in advertising. Participative or interactive
advertising provides an interesting alternative to conventional product display. The
progressive approach creates a human interest story around the product, designed to engage
the viewer. The story is open ended and evolves over a number of episodes, prompting the
viewer to look for the next advertisement. Adventure Travel offers an exciting platform
for participative and interactive promotions.

| Because ATP handles all the planning, the
logistics, the budgets, the implementation and the execution - a turnkey project, events
and promotions can be designed to fit the specific needs and image of the client. Special
promotions can appeal equally to large companies with mega ad budgets looking for new and
fresh approaches, and smaller companies searching for broader name recognition and a
unique way to accomplish that. Adventure travel encourages the individual experience and
promotes a sense of discovery, personal challenge and achievement. It invites cultural
exchange and appreciation, learning, exploration and engagement in outdoor activities. The
multi-dimensional approach offers promotional opportunities that enhance a company's
image.

| The search for unknown destinations led to the
second area of ATP expertise: The Promoting of
Destinations. There is no shortage of
exotic and still relatively unknown destinations to explore. We discovered that the reason
these areas have remained unknown is lack of exposure, yet at the same time, they rely
heavily on tourist development for their economic viability. In response to requests for
assistance, ATP has proposed development programs and offers sponsor participation.

| ATP had demonstrated experience of setting these projects in motion, extensive knowledge of the world of adventure travel, and a background of life-long personal travel. |
